How the UN is supporting The Sustainable Development Goals in Bahrain
The United Nations supports the Kingdom of Bahrain in achieving its national and international commitments to the Agenda 2030 and the SDGs through actively engaging with the Government of Bahrain, civil society, academia, and the private sector. The Strategic and Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (2021-2024), signed with the Government and guided by Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030 and the UN's Agenda 2030, is a comprehensive partnership strategy that forms the basis for achieving the SDGs in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Sustainable Development Goals are a global call to action to end poverty, protect the earth’s environment and climate, and ensure that people everywhere can enjoy peace and prosperity. With 21 United Nations Entities represented in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the work of the United Nations encompasses all 17 SDGs.
